SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping - AUD $12.95 flat-rate on all orders.

Express Shipping - Available at an additional cost of AUD $20.00

Free Standard Shipping - For orders over AUD $200.00

Shipping Methods

We use Australia Post for all shipping within Australia. Delivery times vary depending on your location:

Standard Shipping - 3-7 business days.

Express Shipping - 1-3 business days.

Tracking - After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to follow your parcel's journey.

Delivery Zones

We ship Australia-wide, including all major cities and regional areas. However, please allow extra time for deliveries to remote or rural locations.

CLICK & COLLECT

We offer a convenient click and collect option for local customers. After your order is processed, you will receive a notification confirming that your order is ready for pickup. Once you receive notification that you order is ready, please contact us at apoelaboutique@gmail.com to arrange a suitable pickup time. 

Please bring your order confirmation email and a valid ID when picking up your order.
